二、产品描述：Research Grade Telitacicept 的靶标为肿瘤坏死因子配体超家族成员13B。该因子在B细胞的生命活动中扮演关键角色，通过与B细胞表面受体结合，精准调控B细胞的存活、增殖与分化，是维持体液免疫平衡的核心环节。一旦该靶标出现异常表达，可能引发一系列严重的自身免疫疾病。系统性红斑狼疮患者体内BAFF的过度表达导致B细胞过度激活，进而产生大量自身抗体，攻击自身组织器官，造成多系统损害；类风湿关节炎患者的关节滑膜中BAFF水平升高，促进炎症因子的释放，加重关节炎症及骨质破坏。同时，干燥综合征和原发性胆汁性胆管炎等疾病的发病进程与BAFF也密切相关。
